Right of withdrawal.
For consumers resident in the European Union under §§ 312g, 355, 356 BGB.
This page applies to consumers resident in Germany or the European Union. If that includes you, please switch to the German version for the full Widerrufsbelehrung, which is the operative legal text.
What the withdrawal right covers.
For transparency. The German version is the operative legal text.
EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a consumer contract. The LOSURIA subscription (§6a of the Terms) is a contract for the supply of digital services, billed per 30-day period and cancellable at any time on-chain.
Under § 356 Abs. 4 BGB the withdrawal right expires once a period's service has been fully provided, where you have expressly requested that provision begin during the withdrawal period AND acknowledged that you thereby lose your withdrawal right on full provision. The subscribe screen requires an explicit acknowledgement before the subscribe action enables. If you withdraw within 14 days before the current period is fully provided, you owe a proportionate amount for the part already provided (§ 357a Abs. 2 BGB).
You can stop future charges without our cooperation. Calling cancel() ends current premium access immediately and prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund the unused part of the period. Revoking only the DAI allowance prevents renewal by a third party while current paid access remains active until expiry. These cancellation mechanics do not limit the statutory withdrawal and refund rights described here.
If you do not grant the acknowledgement, the subscribe action stays disabled, no transaction fires, and no contract is concluded. There is no penalty for changing your mind before you subscribe.
If you are not an EU consumer.
If you are not an EU consumer, this withdrawal regime does not apply to you. The subscription is sold as-is; you may cancel future periods at any time on-chain, and the on-chain contract is the canonical authority on what was charged.
